After a successful payment, your electricity token will be delivered via SMS, email, or displayed in your user dashboard. Although we strive for instant delivery, delays may occur due to third-party service interruptions.

5. Fees and Charges

We may charge a convenience fee for transactions. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before the final confirmation of any payment.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:
